As a Social Psychology student, the perspective I have on consumer insights and the work undertaken to cater to users’ experiences is backed by social psychological principles and theories.
As a Creative Writing minor and enthusiast, I approach data and insights through a narrative lens, looking to unravel the story behind the numbers, allowing for more actionable and usable insights, understood by all those who need to use them.
Product Research & Insights Specialist
At Codewalla, I work at the intersection of market research, behavioral insight, and strategy, helping the company sharpen how it defines its audience, positions its offerings, and engages with early-stage founders navigating AI-enabled product development.
Rather than operating within a formal research vertical, I own research end-to-end. I conduct rapid founder micro-interviews to understand the real barriers teams face when moving from AI-powered prototypes to market-ready products, and pair those conversations with market scans, competitive benchmarking, and internal project data. Using AI-assisted synthesis, I translate these inputs into decision-ready insights that directly inform Codewalla’s positioning, ideal customer profile, and outreach strategy.
A core part of my work happens in motion. At tech and startup events, I conduct in-the-moment research with founders across the AI and no-code ecosystem, capturing how people describe their workflows, tradeoffs, and expectations under real constraints. Post-event, I analyze audience and attendance data to define startup personas, segment interest clusters, and prioritize follow-up strategies, often within 24 to 48 hours, so insights feed directly into action rather than sitting downstream.
What anchors my work at Codewalla is a focus on decision-making under ambiguity: how people evaluate tools, move from experimentation to commitment, and articulate value when the path forward isn’t obvious. My contribution has been helping turn that ambiguity into clarity: shaping sharper positioning, more focused messaging, and research-backed strategies teams can actually act on.

Market Researcher, HR Vertical Specialist
At PROJXON, I worked within the Momentum Internship Program on the HR team, focusing on how organizations design onboarding, offboarding, and talent continuity within project-based and early-career models.
My work centered on comparative market research across internship programs, consulting firms, and professional services organizations. I benchmarked PROJXON’s existing processes against 35+ external models, analyzing how different companies structured transitions, knowledge transfer, and alumni engagement. The goal was not clarity: identifying what worked, where gaps existed, and how PROJXON could adapt best practices to its own context.
Using observational research, content analysis, and AI-assisted thematic synthesis, I examined offboarding workflows to surface recurring patterns and points of friction. These insights informed two executive-ready reports that directly influenced redesigns to training, offboarding, and re-engagement processes, helping leadership strengthen retention and long-term talent relationships.
This role reinforced for me how much employee experience is shaped by structure and how research can bridge that gap when it’s grounded, comparative, and actionable.

Data Associate (Assessments & Management)
At LeAD Labs, I supported leadership assessment and coaching research by managing and analyzing longitudinal behavioral data used in executive development contexts.
I worked with four-plus years of psychometric assessment data across tools like LeadSelf and Lead360, using R, SPSS, and Excel to maintain data integrity, recalibrate benchmarks, and identify patterns in leadership traits. I also produced 40+ customized leadership reports for clients, refining how insights were structured and communicated so they could be meaningfully applied in coaching and counseling sessions.
Beyond analysis, I collaborated closely with counselors and internal stakeholders to improve assessment workflows and reporting clarity, and supported early research and development efforts around AI-enabled coaching tools and simulations. The throughline in this role was translating complex behavioral data into insights that people could actually understand and use.

Graduate Assistant for International Admissions
As a Graduate Assistant in International Admissions, I worked at the intersection of outreach strategy, behavioral insight, and student experience design.
I helped develop and execute targeted, multi-channel outreach and partnership initiatives promoting CGU’s 1-Year Master’s Programs across the Claremont Colleges. These efforts contributed to a 425% increase in applications, a 375% increase in admits, and a 450% increase in deposits year-over-year, including a 625% rise in domestic applications.
Alongside this growth work, I conducted one-on-one interviews with prospective and admitted students to understand motivations, concerns, and decision drivers, and translated those insights into messaging and event strategy pivots. I also authored a 40+ page International Recruiter Playbook and over 50 tailored messaging templates adopted across recruitment teams to standardize outreach and improve consistency.
What this role taught me early on was how powerful insight becomes when it’s embedded directly into systems — not just analysis, but communication, timing, and experience.

Client Services Intern
In my internship at DViO Digital Services, a digital marketing and advertising agency, I primarily worked on two brands, with many individual projects in between.
For Loca Loka, an Indo-Mexican tequila brand, I analyzed the UI/UX of the websites of competitor tequila brands, proofread all the copywrites for the website, and helped logically organize all the material on the website for consumers accessing it.
For DeliverDirect, a subsidiary collaboration between SmartKargo and Delta, I conducted an extensive competitive analysis of all possible competitors, the different social channels they utilized, and the content they posted on there as B2B-focused options. I also analyzed the websites of competitors to determine the information needed on DeliverDirect’s website.
Finally, I also worked one-off projects on other brands like RazorPay and a to-be-released skincare brand, where I examined content posted on their competitors’ social medias, put together comprehensive lists of recommendations for content that they could post, and the general social media brand image they could curate.

Brand Marketing Intern
At CherryPeachPlum, I worked on the launch of a premium skincare brand focused on personalization and digital-first engagement.
My primary project involved designing an interactive skincare questionnaire that acted as the centerpiece of the brand’s website. The questionnaire allowed users to articulate their skin concerns and receive customized product bundles, while also serving as a consumer insight capture tool for future product development. To design it, I conducted in-depth research into competitor bundle offerings and questionnaire flows across skincare and wellness brands.
In parallel, I researched and segmented 50+ Indian nano-to-micro skincare influencers based on niche fit, audience alignment, and brand relevance. These insights informed ambassador selection, outreach strategy, and launch positioning, and were presented directly to founders and stakeholders alongside recommendations and a live demo of the questionnaire.
This role marked my earliest hands-on experience translating consumer behavior into strategy — and set the foundation for my continued interest in segmentation, personalization, and insight-led decision-making.
