As a Social Psychology student, the perspective I have on consumer insights and the work undertaken to cater to users’ experiences is backed by social psychological principles and theories.
As a Creative Writing minor and enthusiast, I approach data and insights through a narrative lens, looking to unravel the story behind the numbers, allowing for more actionable and usable insights, understood by all those who need to use them.
Market Researcher, HR Vertical Specialist
As the Market Researcher Specialist on PROJXON’s HR team in the Momentum Internship Program’s project-based role, I am working hand-in-hand with the recruiting and employee engagement teams to research and develop the Momentum Internship Program's offboarding and onboarding processes. By conducting competitive analyses on competitors’ processes and business structures, and benchmarking the MIP program’s processes against them, I assist teams by having the knowledge and research needed to revamp them.
Using observational research skills, content analysis, and AI tools for theme analysis and common patterns, I am currently working on researching our offboarding processes, while outlining plans for further market research and analysis of onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies.

Client Services Intern
In my internship at DViO Digital Services, a digital marketing and advertising agency, I primarily worked on two brands, with many individual projects in between.
For Loca Loka, an Indo-Mexican tequila brand, I analyzed the UI/UX of the websites of competitor tequila brands, proofread all the copywrites for the website, and helped logically organize all the material on the website for consumers accessing it.
For DeliverDirect, a subsidiary collaboration between SmartKargo and Delta, I conducted an extensive competitive analysis of all possible competitors, the different social channels they utilized, and the content they posted on there as B2B-focused options. I also analyzed the websites of competitors to determine the information needed on DeliverDirect’s website.
Finally, I also worked one-off projects on other brands like RazorPay and a to-be-released skincare brand, where I examined content posted on their competitors’ social medias, put together comprehensive lists of recommendations for content that they could post, and the general social media brand image they could curate.

Brand Marketing Intern
As part of the team of Brand Marketing Interns under CherryPeachPlum Growth Partners, I was assigned to the team for a premium skincare brand client that was set to launch in March of 2023. The brand was looking to distinguish itself in the space of digital skincare by allowing a high degree of product bundle customization, driven by customers’ particular skincare concerns.
To achieve this, I worked on crafting an interactive questionnaire that would act as their website’s centerpiece, allowing customers to explain their skincare concerns, which would result in a customized and personalized bundle. However, the double purpose of this questionnaire was designed for was also to gather consumer insights, allowing for further product development. To develop this questionnaire, I conducted comprehensive research into existing skincare bundles offered by competitors, as well as competitive analysis on other skincare and wellness brands offering questionnaires to customize bundles.
In addition to this, I also worked on compiling a detailed list of over 50+ Indian nano-to-microinfluencers who specialized in skincare for the brand. These influencers were to act as brand ambassadors as well as consultants. All of this information was then presented to the founders and stakeholders of the skincare company, with a list of detailed recommendations for influencer outreach strategies, competitive analyses, and a demo of the website questionnaire.
